The incomparable photography and videography team at Peter & Brigitte Weddings describe today’s Wedding Wednesday couple beautifully, along with their amazing themed event: "After three years of postponements due to the pandemic, Angeline and Hamed celebrated their marriage in front of close friends and family with a modern, regency-inspired wedding — a nod to the bride’s favorite series, Bridgerton, which she binged during the pandemic.

"The bride wore the ‘Karina' gown by Abella for Allure Bridals, and the groom opted for a Michael Kors suit from Friar Tux. It was the most elegant day as guests were welcomed with the sounds from a string quartet playing the bride and groom’s favorite songs, as they made their way to the 10th tee, which was decorated with a floral gate, a grand Sofreh Aghd and a floral arch.

"At their seats was a Lady Whistledown-inspired program and a wooden fan from the Philippines. The couple participated in a condensed Catholic ceremony and exchanged their own written vows. To honor the bride’s Filipino heritage, Angeline and Hamed’s sponsors draped a veil and cord over them and lit a unity candle to signify their union. For the groom’s Iranian heritage, the couple took part in an Aghd where the officiant led a sugar and honey ceremony. During their reception, Angeline and Hamed surprised their parents wth their first dance since both of them didn’t have weddings of their own. There wasn’t a dry eye in sight.”
