Today’s lovely styled shoot was sent over by Eva, at Timeless Elegance Bridal, a gorgeous Allure Bridals stockist in the UK. Inspired by the UK's iconic cluster of Cotswolds villages, today’s Wedding Wednesday was captured at Number One, The Cotswolds, which sits proudly — yet secretively — behind the worlds largest Ewe hedge.
The beloved home of Earl and Countess Bathurst, Number One, The Cotswolds has never been open to the public before. Now available for a limited amount of exclusive weddings a year, the stunning manor opened its doors to a talented creative team, featuring an exclusive first look at this incredible new Cotswolds wedding venue, steeped in British history. Inspiration for the shoot was taken from envisaging a real life wedding day at Number One, starting with preparation, followed by an intimate ceremony, a lavish reception and sparklers in the grounds.
"It was important that the bride’s dress reflected both the grandeur and the subtlety that comes with English traditions,” explained Eva. “We wanted a dress that was timeless yet modern — Allure’s ‘Lennon’ gown, from the Madison James collection — which really held its own in such a striking venue.”
